Can I cancel myHR membership?Yes you may after the agreed term has expired.When you sign the membership agreement, you are contracted to a minimum of 12 months membership to my HR. A fee will apply for early cancellation. However, you may upgrade or downgrade your membership during the term of the agreement. Are your staff qualified?Yes, our staff have over 30 years of combined experience in both National and International HR and business management.What are your guaranteed response times to myHR Employer advice line?We guarantee to answer your call, or return your call, on the same day the call was logged.What are your hours of myHR support?9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, excluding National and QLD observed Public Holidays.Who uses myHR services?We have a number of local businesses who are members of myHR, we will happily provide referees upon request.How do we pay for myHR services?myHR is a Stratapay Merchant and payment can be made via our website by credit card. Direct Debit, cheque, BPay, AustPost facilities are also available.Is my credit card transaction safe?Yes, our website is totally secure and encrypted with the latest technology. Alternatively you may download an invoice and pay using your credit card by fax or telephone.When will I receive my Membership information?Membership information will be mailed to members within 7 working days of joining.What other benefits can we expect?Members are invited to:Regular social events, such as golf days, harness racing and social drinks, complimentary advertising / advertorial in our HR Newsletters. |
