As the front line ambassador for this professional consultancy you will be kept busy with a variety of duties including:
- Diary management for CEO
- Greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner and attending to refreshment requests
- Collection and delivery of mail on a daily basis.
- Reconciliation and maintenance of Petty Cash
- Regular stationery inventory and ordering
- Shredding of documentation and maintenance of the companies filing systems
- Data entry of new clients. Set up of new client folders
- Control of creditors ensuring all accounts are processed in a prompt and accurate manner
- Import and export of staff timesheets and printing of same
- Preparation of the weekly Meeting Agenda and minute taking
- Scheduling appointments for new clients and sending information packs
- Assist with bi-annual client functions
- Weekly cleaning of the office, maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and control of supplies
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills/experience:
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel & powerpoint
- Full drivers licence
- Business diploma or tertiary qualifications in business or finance highly desirable
- Stable work history
- Mature, adaptable approach to your work ethos
- Finance Industry background would be advantageous
